Our customer service people are just like the rest of our staff, we use the gear we sell. Maybe you have a 5 day snowboarding trip and you want advice on some new snowboard bindings you might need. International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. The actual shipping charge is queried from the UPS Rate Servers and displayed, so you know exactly how much your international shipment will be. Orders to Canada can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Returns / Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs.

Orders being shipped UPS to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico MUST be shipped either UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air only. Ground service is provides by The United States Post Office.

Orders over $40.00 receive Free Shipping if shipped via UPS Ground to a physical address anywhere in the contiguous United States.
BoardCorner.com is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state. Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.

While we do our very best to ensure an accurate inventory for your shopping ease, unfortunately product does sell out. This usually happens when two or more customers order the same item at the same time, before our computer has a chance to update itself. If this happens to your order, you will be notified in a timely manner (usually the same or next day), and we will offer you suggestions on the closest thing available. .
UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus $8.00 restocking fee ($20.00 on large backpacks, snowboard boots and bindings or $25.00 on snowboards and wakeboards.) per package shipped. Please note that we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from BoardCorner.com.
Items that are returned after the 15 day time frame will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs.
Please Note: Any of following items cannot be returned and will be refused if shipped to us for the purpose of a return.
Special Orders are non- returnable
Bathing Suits without protective strips are non-returnable
Any footwear orders with return shipping labels on manufacturer's box, rather than original shipping box are non-returnable.
Snowboards that have accidentally fallen off of a vehicle's roof rack or have been damaged in some other unfortunate way are non-returnable.
If you have a possible warranty situation, do not send the product(s) back.
